We do ask a lot of questions, but this is because we are very thorough, so when making
a booking, we need to know;
1. The Booking Date - the actual date for the function.
2. Your Name (client).
3. Your Address for the posting of the booking confirmation.
4. Your After Hours Telephone Number (home). Note: If the function is to be
a surprise please have alternative "safe" numbers available.
5. The best Telephone Number to contact you or someone else on during
Business Hours. Any other number that may be useful, a mobile for example,
or friend or relative. We do require at least Two Telephone Numbers. It is
especially useful to have a number where you know we can leave a message in the
event that we are not able to contact you, in particular a few days before your function
when we are arranging delivery and pick up times.
6. What You Wish to Book - Jukebox, Karaoke, Jukebox with Karaoke or Hire Lighting Effects.
7. Venue Name - if other than a private address eg. Hall, Hotel, Restaurant,
Club, Community Centre etc.
8. Venue Address - Map or diagram may be required for out of the way
properties.
9. Venue Phone Number - If the venue is a Hall for example and does not
have a telephone number then a mobile number is extremely useful. We would then be
able to contact you on the day if we are running early or have been delayed with our
deliveries. Caretaker telephone numbers for halls are also useful.
10. Access Information (if applicable),
Examples;
(a) 2 Kms from intersection, 3rd House on left with red roof.
(b) Access to hall through double gates via Smith Street.
(c) Wilson function Room 2nd floor inquire at reception.
(d) Upstairs Room access through car park rear of building etc.
Or anything that you think may assist us or save time with the delivery.

Access Times
|
You will need to ensure that we can have access during our
allocated delivery times. Saturday deliveries are usually AM between 9am - 1pm and
pick-up times are Sunday AM. In many cases when the function is to be held at a private
residence we are able to deliver the day before depending on location and availability of
the machines. We need to know if there are any restrictions eg. Club not open until
10am Sat or system must be removed before 9am Sunday due to a church group, or
Friday OK but prefer before 12 noon etc.
We may not be able to proceed with your function if the venue access for delivery or pick
up is outside of our allowable delivery and pick up times. Check with the venue
regarding access prior to booking. If the hire equipment is to remain at the venue
overnight you will need to ensure that it will be secure. Check with the owners/caretaker.
Function Commencement Time is particularly helpful for Sunday or daytime
commencement shows. This assists us in allocating delivery and pick up times.

When a Booking is Lodged
|
you are sent a duplicate hire contract with your
booking details. Please check that the details are correct. You return the required copy
along with the deposit/bond of $50.00 and the hire fee is payable on or before delivery of
the equipment. We will send you a receipt within 7 days of receiving your deposit/bond
and then ring you 2 days before the function to confirm the delivery and pick up times.

hours ONLY IF ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY ON

Best days to ring are Monday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we are
always busy delivering and picking up equipment and as a result are not always at the
office. Note: Phone may be diverted to Voice Mail after hours.
If you would like to see any of the equipment, or come in and make a booking
then an appointment is essential.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE
For hire of Jukebox and Karaoke machines (these are the conditions printed on the
booking form posted to you after a booking has been made).
The client is fully responsible for any loss, theft, burglary, or damages to the hire
equipment listed under items 1 to 10 during the period of hire and/or until the hire
equipment is picked up, by an employee of Superjuke, (hereinafter called the
COMPANY) or the courier nominated by the COMPANY and/or secured on the premises
of the COMPANY, in the case where the equipment is to be returned. The COMPANY
retains full right of justification and of costing of any costs in relation to repairs, recovery,
and/or replacement of the hire equipment and any resultant loss of income to the
COMPANY. In the event that an employee of the COMPANY does not have access to
pick up the hire equipment at the pre-arranged time listed under "PICK-UP TIME" the
client will forfeit the deposit/bond when a deposit/bond has been paid and will be
charged a fee equal to twice the hire fee per day for each day late until the hire
equipment is picked up or returned in accordance with the conditions above. In the case
where the hire equipment is to be returned by the client or a person nominated by the
client then THE HIRE EQUIPMENT IS TO BE TRANSPORTED IN A FULLY
ENCLOSED VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES. Under no circumstances is any equipment other
than that owned and/or approved by the COMPANY to be added, connected or used in
conjunction with the hire equipment. The client must ensure that no modification,
changes, additions to, or attempts to repair or alter the hire equipment be made by
anyone other than an employee of the COMPANY. The hire equipment is serviced and
maintained to our highest possible standard; however the COMPANY accepts no
responsibility or liability for any losses that may be incurred due to malfunction of the hire
equipment. The client acknowledges that unless otherwise specified all the hire
equipment is the sole property of the COMPANY. In the event that the client wishes to
cancel a hire booking, then the client shall notify the COMPANY in writing to be received
not less than twenty one (21) days prior to the date of hire. In the event of the client
wishing to cancel a hire booking less than twenty one days of the date of hire then the
COMPANY reserves the right to claim the total hire fee, should an alternative booking for
the equipment on the date, for the same or greater total fee, not be arranged. Should
you not wish to proceed with the hire booking please phone the COMPANY immediately.
